For churches, ministries and small local businesses
You already create the raw material: a Sunday service, a weekly video, photos from finished jobs. The Hands-Free Content System turns it into website posts, YouTube uploads, Facebook and Instagram posts and short videos every week, on a schedule, without anyone remembering each step or keeping a computer switched on.
The problem it solves
Most small organizations don’t fail at content because they have nothing to say. They fail because the weekly routine depends on one busy person. Someone has to download the video, upload it, write the post, make the graphics and remember four different apps. Miss one week and the accounts go quiet. Miss a few and they look abandoned.
That’s exactly what we found at Little Falls Chapel in Falling Waters, WV. Part of the process ran on a volunteer’s home computer, and on October 11, 2026 that computer was off, so the service never reached YouTube or the website. Instagram had gone 266 days without a post.
What the system does each week
| Churches and ministries | Small local businesses | |
|---|---|---|
| What it starts from | The Sunday service recording (Facebook Live or YouTube) | Something you already produce each week, such as a short video, a Facebook Live or job photos with a sentence about each |
| Website | A sermon article written from what was actually preached, with exact Scripture text inserted from a Bible database | A project, tip or news post written from your material and your confirmed business facts |
| YouTube | Full service uploaded with title, description, sermon points and tags | Your video uploaded with a clear title and description, when you supply one |
| Facebook and Instagram | Three scheduled posts a week plus up to five captioned Reels, copied to Instagram and Stories | Scheduled posts built from your photos and updates, copied to Instagram |
| Short videos | Sermon Reels also published as YouTube Shorts | Short clips cut from your video, when you supply one |
| Google Business Profile | A weekly post written for you. Where Google allows automatic posting it goes out on its own. Otherwise it arrives ready to paste, which takes about a minute. | |
| Weekly report | A plain-English Monday email showing what went out and how each channel did | |
The safeguards
Automation that posts the wrong thing is worse than no automation. These rules are built in, not optional:
- It doesn’t invent facts. We build a confirmed fact sheet with you during setup (hours, services, location, people, programs), and every post is checked against it.
- Private moments stay private. For churches, prayer requests, health news and congregants’ names are filtered out before anything is written.
- You stay in charge. Website articles can sit as drafts for review before they publish. Social posts go into Facebook’s own planner, where your staff can edit or stop them. The system never replies to comments.
- No duplicates. Each channel is checked before posting so the same item doesn’t go out twice.
- It runs on a web server. Nothing depends on a personal computer, a phone or one person’s Sunday afternoon.
Live example: Little Falls Chapel
The church version has been running at Little Falls Chapel since October 2026. Early results through October 19, 2026:
- The October 18 service, with a guest speaker, reached YouTube and the website draft automatically.
- Instagram went from 266 days of silence to about eight posts and Reels a week.
- The church published its first seven YouTube Shorts.
- Output went from occasional and manual to roughly 15 pieces of content a week.
- Routine volunteer time dropped to about one minute a week.
Those are early operating results, not audience-growth claims. The full write-up, including what we haven’t proven yet, is in the Little Falls Chapel case study. The business version uses the same system with a different weekly source, and we set it up around what you already produce.
Pricing
| Churches and ministries | Small local businesses | |
|---|---|---|
| One-time setup | $750 | $1,250 |
| Monthly | $149/month | $249/month |
Setup includes: connecting your channels, building your confirmed fact sheet, matching your writing style, test runs on real material and a short walkthrough of how to review or pause anything.
Monthly includes: running the system on our server, AI and platform usage, monitoring, fixes when Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or Google change something, and the weekly report.
The business setup costs more because there’s no ready-made weekly source like a sermon. We design the routine around your material first.

Frequently asked questions
Will it sound like a robot wrote it?
It writes from your real material, in a style we set up with you during setup, and it checks claims against your fact sheet. You can keep website articles as drafts for review as long as you like.
Does it guarantee more followers or better rankings?
No. It guarantees consistency: your channels stay active every week. Growth depends on your content, your community and the platforms, and we report what actually happens.
Can we stop a post?
Yes. Scheduled social posts sit in Facebook’s planner where your team can edit or delete them, and website drafts publish only on the schedule you choose.
Do we have to use every channel?
No. Pick the channels you actually use, and we’ll set up only those.
What if we’re not sure this fits?
Send us a note through the contact form with what you produce each week and which channels you use. We’ll tell you plainly whether the system makes sense for you. Prefer to talk? Call 301-991-8284.
